Cahill represented the underwriter in connection with a public secondary offering of common stock of Ryerson Holding Corporation by one if its stockholders, resulting in proceeds of approximately $87 Million to the selling stockholder. Ryerson Holding Corporation did not receive any proceeds in the offering. The offering made available 2,486,580 shares of common stock. Ryerson is an online metals supplier, processor and distributor.
