Cahill Represents the Administrative Agent and Lead Arrangers in Amendment to the Credit Facilities for Tempo Acquisition, LLC

Cahill represented the administrative agent and lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to the credit agreement for Tempo Acquisition, LLC to provide for a $2,507,387,234.32 incremental term B credit facility. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used to refinance existing credit. Tempo Acquisition, LLC, an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of Alight, Inc., is a leading cloud-based provider of integrated digital human capital and business solutions.
