Cahill Represents Administrative Agent and Lead Arrangers in $1.95 Billion of Credit Facilities for DIRECTV Financing, LLC

Cahill represented the administrative agent and lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to the existing credit agreement for DIRECTV Financing, LLC to refinance and extend the maturity date of its existing revolving credit facility and a portion of its existing term B credit facility. Proceeds from the $1,450,000,000 term B credit facility and the $500,000,000 revolving credit facility will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes. DIRECTV is a leading provider of premium digital video services in the United States, providing high quality video services through (1) DIRECTV, their satellite video service, (2) DIRECTV Stream, their newest, next- generation, cloud-based, OTT video streaming service, and (3) U-verse TV, their IPTV service. DIRECTV serves approximately 11.3 million subscribers across these three platforms.
