Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in a $750 Million Notes Offering for DIRECTV

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 8.875% senior secured notes due 2030 by DIRECTV Financing, LLC and DIRECTV Financing Co-Obligor, Inc. Proceeds from the offering were used for the repayment of existing indebtedness. DIRECTV is a leading provider of premium digital video services in the United States, providing high quality video services through (1) DIRECTV, their satellite video service, (2) DIRECTV Stream, their newest, next- generation, cloud-based, OTT video streaming service, and (3) U-verse TV, their IPTV service. DIRECTV serves approximately 11.3 million subscribers across these three platforms.
