Cahill Represented the Lead Arrangers in an Amendment to the Multi-Currency Term Loan Credit Facility for Windsor Holdings III, LLC

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to the credit agreement for Windsor Holdings III, LLC, an entity owned by affiliates of Apollo, to provide for a $360,000,000 incremental term B credit facility and a €130,000,000 incremental term B credit facility. Proceeds from the incremental credit facilities will be used for a dividend recapitalization and for general corporate purposes.
