Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an Amendment to the $1,000,000,000 revolving credit facility for Aircastle Limited. Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes. Aircastle Limited acquires, leases and sells commercial jet aircraft to airlines throughout the world.
