Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an Amendment to the $425,000,000 term B credit facility for Flexera Software LLC, the proceeds of which were used to finance the acquisition of Snow Software by the borrower. Flexera delivers SaaS-based IT management solutions to more than 50,000 customers worldwide and Snow Software is a global leader in technology intelligence solutions.
