Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 9.250% senior notes due 2029 by The New Home Company Inc. Proceeds from the offering were used for a refinancing and general corporate purposes. The New Home Company Inc. is a new generation homebuilder focused on the design, construction and sale of innovative and consumer-driven homes.
