Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a public offering of $750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.500% senior notes due 2032 by MGM Resorts International. Proceeds from the offering were used for a refinancing and general corporate purposes. MGM Resorts International is a global gaming and entertainment company with domestic and international locations featuring hotels and casinos, convention, dining and retail offerings, and sports betting and online gaming operations.
