Cahill represented Jermyn Street Capital LLC as Structuring Agent in connection with an offering by Inotiv, Inc. of 15.00% Senior Secured Second Lien PIK Notes due 2027 and warrants to purchase shares of common stock.

Proceeds of the financing will be used for general corporate purposes.
