Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in UFC Holdings’ $2.955 Billion Credit Facility

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to the $2.750 billion term B credit facility and the $205 million revolving credit facility for UFC Holdings, LLC.

Proceeds from the amended credit facilities will be used for a refinancing and general corporate purposes.
