Cahill Advises Administrative Agent and Lenders in Aimbridge Hospitality’s $1.3 Billion Restructuring

Cahill represented the administrative agent and certain revolving lenders in the restructuring of Aimbridge Hospitality, the world’s third largest third-party hotel operator.

The complex recapitalization transaction involves a $1.3 billion debt-to-equity conversion of first- and second-lien loans as well as an infusion of $100 million in new capital. The transaction, which was overwhelmingly supported by the company’s lenders and sponsor, significantly strengthens Aimbridge’s balance sheet.
