Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Domtar’s $140 Million Credit Facility

Cahill represented the lead arrangers and administrative agent in connection with incremental ABL facilities in an aggregate principal amount of $140 million in connection with the ABL revolving credit facility for Domtar Corporation and Domtar Inc., consisting of a $20 million increase to existing commitments as well as a new $120 million FILO facility.

Proceeds from the credit facilities will be used for general corporate purposes.

Domtar is a leading, privately held manufacturer of diversified forest products with a workforce of nearly 14,000 employees in more than 60 locations across North America.
