Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $500 million incremental term loan for Burlington Coat Factory Warehouse Corporation.

Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes.

Burlington Coat Factory is a nationally recognized off-price retailer with more than 1,000 stores nationwide.
