Cahill Represents the Agent and Lead Arrangers in Connection with Conduent’s $357 Million Refinancing

Cahill represented the agent and lead arrangers in connection with a refinancing of the existing credit agreement of Conduent Business Services, LLC, Conduent State & Local Solutions, Inc. and Affiliated Computer Services International B.V., each of which is a subsidiary of Conduent Incorporated, consisting of an approximately $357 million revolving credit facility and an approximately $93 million performance letter of credit facility.
