Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in TKO Worldwide Holdings, LLC’s $3.94 Billion Credit Facility

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to the $3.74 billion Term B credit facility and the $205 million revolving credit facility for TKO Worldwide Holdings, LLC.

Proceeds from the amended credit facilities will be used for a refinancing and general corporate purposes.

TKO Worldwide Holdings, LLC is a premium sports and entertainment company.
