Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Virtus Investment Partners’ $650 Million Credit Facility

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $400 million Term B credit facility and a $250 million revolving credit facility for Virtus Investment Partners, Inc.

Proceeds from the credit facility will be used to repay all outstanding borrowings under the existing credit agreement and for general corporate purposes.
