Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in EP Wealth Advisors’ $500 Million Credit Facility

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $400 million term facility and a $100 million revolving credit facility for EP Wealth Advisors, LLC.

Proceeds from the credit facility will be used to refinance existing debt and for general corporate purposes.

EP Wealth Advisors is a registered investment adviser and financial planning firm.
