Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Adient’s $1 Billion Credit Facility

Cahill represented the administrative agent and the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment and extension of the $1 billion revolving credit facility for Adient US LLC.

Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes and refinancing existing indebtedness.

Adient US LLC is a manufacturer of automotive seating.
