Cahill Represents Administrative Agent and Lead Arrangers in Repricing of Centuri’s $616 Million Term B Credit Facility

Cahill represented the administrative agent and lead arrangers in connection with a refinancing amendment to the $616 million Term B credit facility for Centuri Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiaries.

Proceeds from the amendment will be used to refinance existing credit and for general corporate purposes.
