Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Herschend's $150 Million Incremental Credit Facilities and $1.2 Billion Credit Facilities Repricing

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $75 million incremental Term B credit facility, a $75 million incremental revolving credit facility and the repricing of the $1.2 billion credit facilities for Herschend Entertainment Company.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Herschend Entertainment Company is a family-owned entertainment company that operates theme parks, water parks, aquariums and other tourist attractions, including the Harlem Globetrotters and Pink Adventure Tours.
