Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers and Administrative Agent in ExamWorks’ $2.9 Billion Credit Facilities

Cahill represented the lead arrangers and administrative agent in connection with a $250 million revolving credit facility and a $2.64 billion Term B credit facility for ExamWorks BidCo Inc.

Proceeds from the credit facilities will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.

ExamWorks is a leading provider of independent medical examinations, peer reviews, bill reviews, Medicare compliance, record retrieval, document management and related services.
