Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Echo’s $1.03 Billion Credit Facility

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $780.3 million incremental Term B credit facility and an extended and upsized $250 million revolving credit facility for Echo Global Logistics, Inc. ("Echo").

Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for Echo's acquisition of ITS Logistics and for general corporate purposes.

Echo is a leading provider of technology-enabled transportation and supply chain management.
