Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $2.25 billion revolving credit facilities for The Brink’s Company.

Proceeds from the credit facility will be used in connection with the $6.6 billion acquisition of NCR Atleos.

The Brink’s Company is a leading global provider of cash and valuables management, digital retail solutions, and ATM managed services.
