Cahill's Private Credit Group Represents Direct Lenders in Connection with Incremental Credit Facilities

Cahill's Private Credit Group represented the direct lenders in connection with an incremental first lien term loan facility, incremental delayed draw term loan commitments and incremental revolving loan commitments.

Proceeds from the incremental term loan financing were used to fund the acquisition of a provider of inspection, cleaning and repair services and parts for trenchless storm sewers.
