Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in $715 Million Notes Offering for Yondr Data Center Project

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a rule 144A offering of $715 million aggregate principal amount of 6.875% senior secured notes due 2031 by Yondr JK 1.

Proceeds from the offering will be used to finance the construction of a high-performance computing data center in Loudoun County, Virginia.

Yondr JK 1 is an indirect subsidiary of DB Holding 12 S.à r.l., a developer, owner and operator of hyperscale data centers that specializes in delivering and operating dedicated infrastructure that is engineered for scale.
