Cahill Represents Administrative Agent and Lead Arrangers in DIRECTV’s $1.62 Billion Credit Facilities

Cahill represented the administrative agent and lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to the existing credit agreement for DIRECTV Financing, LLC to refinance its existing revolving credit facilities and its existing term B credit facility.

Proceeds from the $1.124 billion term B credit facility and the $500 million revolving credit facilities will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.

DIRECTV provides premium digital video services in the United States.
