Cahill’s Private Credit Group Represents Financing Sources in TJC’s Acquisition of Sunbelt Solomon

Cahill’s Private Credit Group is advising the financing sources in connection with TJC’s pending acquisition of Sunbelt Solomon from Trilantic North America. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 

Sunbelt Solomon is a leading provider of complete lifecycle power solutions, including engineering, automation solutions, technical field services, temporary power solutions, the supply of new and remanufactured electrical power distribution equipment, and lifecycle asset management.
