Cahill Represents the Administrative Agent and Lead Arrangers in Morton Salt’s $3.75 Billion Credit Facility

Cahill represented the administrative agent and lead arrangers in connection with a restatement agreement to the existing credit agreement for SCIH Salt Holdings (Kissner), the parent company of Morton Salt, to establish a new $3.2 billion term B credit facility and a new $550 million revolving credit facility.
Proceeds from the credit facilities will be used to fund a dividend, refinance the Borrower's existing credit facilities, and for general corporate purposes.
Morton Salt manufactures and distributes salt products, serving various industries including agriculture, food processing, and industrial sectors.
