Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in Zenith Arc’s $2.25 Billion Notes Offering

Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with Zenith Arc LLC’s $2.25 billion offering of 8.875% five-year senior secured green notes to finance the development of AI-focused data center facilities in Okmulgee County, Oklahoma.

The issuer will use the proceeds of the offering to finance the development and construction of a compute facility and related substation.
