Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in DIRECTV’s $863 Million Credit Facility

Cahill represented the administrative agent and lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to the existing credit agreement for DIRECTV Financing, LLC to refinance a portion of its existing term loan credit facilities.

Proceeds from the $863.3 million term loan credit facility will be used to refinance existing indebtedness.
