Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with a $1.07 billion revolving credit facility for Hut 8 Corp.

Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes.

Hut 8 is an energy infrastructure platform that integrates power, digital infrastructure, and compute capacity at scale to fuel next-generation, energy-intensive use cases such as AI, high-performance computing, and ASIC compute.
