Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $5.545 Billion Credit Facilities for Lennar Corporation

Cahill represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment and restatement to the revolving credit facility for Lennar Corporation, to, among other things, increase the commitments to $3.795 billion and extend the maturity of certain of the commitments thereunder. Cahill also represented the lead arrangers in connection with an amendment to the $1.75 billion delayed draw term loan credit facility for Lennar Corporation.

Proceeds from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes.
