Cahill Represents Underwriters in IPO by PBF Logistics

Cahill represented Barclays and UBS Investment Bank as joint book-running managers and Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank Securities, Morgan Stanley, and Wells Fargo Securities as co-managers in connection with the Initial Public Offering of 15,812,500 common units of PBF Logistics LP (NYSE: PBFX) resulting in gross proceeds of $363,687,500. Proceeds were used refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
