Cahill represented Bank of America, N.A., BMO Capital Markets Corp., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc., and Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc. as lead arrangers and Bank of America, N.A. as administrative agent in connection with a $325,000,000 Term Loan B credit facility, a $125,000,000 Term B and a $40,000,000 secured revolver for ATS Consolidated, Inc. and its subsidiaries. Proceeds from the offering are expected to be used for general corporate purposes and an acquisition by the borrower.
