Matt Rosenthal Named a Young Lawyer of the Year Finalist by The American Lawyer

Cahill partner Matt Rosenthal has been named a finalist in the Young Lawyer of the Year (Corporate) category of the American Lawyer Industry Awards, hosted by Law.com and The American Lawyer.

Matt represents major financial firms and banks in capital markets transactions, leveraged buyouts, project financings, and asset-based and direct lending transactions. His recent work includes advising clients on financing digital infrastructure initiatives, including pioneering the use of high-yield bonds to finance the development of data centers.  

The American Lawyer Industry Awards annually honor outstanding attorneys, legal departments, and firms across a wide variety of practice areas and career milestones. Winners will be announced on November 12.
