November 5, 2026
Cahill's Digital Infrastructure Finance Group represented Pure Data Centres Group ("Pure DC") in connection with a $780 million Platform Growth Facility with a $1.1 billion accordion, creating a framework to expand the financing to approximately $1.9 billion.
The financing was provided by a syndicate of global banks and institutional investors from Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the United States. Allianz Global Investors, ABN AMRO, and SMBC Bank International plc were joined by new lenders Citigroup Global Markets, First Abu Dhabi Bank, and Infranity.
The facility will support Pure DC's development pipeline and the acquisition of future sites across Europe and the Middle East. It complements Pure DC's campus-level financings and provides a framework to raise additional capital as its pipeline advances. With this transaction, Pure DC's financing over the past 12 months totals more than $6.2 billion.
Pure DC is one of the fastest growing hyperscale cloud and AI infrastructure platforms across Europe and the Middle East. Headquartered in the UK, Pure DC designs, builds and operates data centres for some of the world's largest technology companies and has more than 1 GW of capacity live or under development.
The Cahill Digital Infrastructure Finance team was led by London-based partner and co-chair of the firm’s Digital Infrastructure Finance practice Lisa Seifman, with support from associates Sam Kaye, Caroline Reilly, and Kaitlin Flores.
