Cahill Represents Lead Arranger in Credit Facility for Golden Entertainment, Inc.

Cahill represented the lead arrangers and administrative agents in connection with a $800,000,000 Term B credit facility, a $100,000,000 revolving credit facility, and a $200,000,000 second lien credit facility for Golden Entertainment, Inc., an owner and operator of gaming properties. Proceeds from the facilities were used to finance the acquisition by the borrower of American Casino & Entertainment Properties and to refinance existing indebtedness.
