Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a public offering of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.625% senior notes due 2028 and a $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.875% senior notes due 2029 by HCA Inc., the largest non-governmental hospital operator in the United States. Proceeds from the offering were used for general corporate purposes.
