Landis Best and Penny Windle Named in Benchmark Litigation's "Top 250 Women in Litigation"
Cahill partners Landis C. Best and Penny Windle have been named as leading practitioners in New York in the third annual edition of Benchmark Litigation's Top 250 Women in Litigation, which recognizes America’s leading female litigators.
Ms. Best is a commercial litigator and Co-Administrative partner of the firm. Her practice covers securities litigation, government investigations, regulatory guidance, First Amendment/media litigation and appellate work.
Ms. Windle advises global corporations, leading banks, boards of directors, special committees and directors and officers of publicly-held companies in high-stakes commercial litigation and government investigations, with particular emphasis on complex securities, insurance and reinsurance matters.
