Financial Times Names Cahill Among North America’s Most Innovative Law Firms

The Financial Times has honored Cahill Gordon & Reindel and Amarin Pharma’s legal team as a “Standout” firm and legal department in FT’s 2016 North American Innovative Lawyers report. FT named Cahill as one of two Standout firms in the Changing and Influencing Regulation category for Cahill’s precedent-setting victory for Amarin in the closely-watched First Amendment lawsuit that successfully challenged the constitutionality of the FDA's restrictions on off-label promotion. The FT’s Innovative Lawyers report examines innovation by law firms and lawyers in a number of categories to “uncover a profession that is interacting with its clients in dynamic ways, and is capable of great creativity in legal, regulatory and commercial spheres.”
