Cahill Named Law Firm of the Year by ACG New York

Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP is pleased to announce it has been named "Law Firm of the Year” by The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) New York and The M&A Advisor.
Leading middle-market transactions, firms and dealmakers in the greater New York area were recognized at the eighth annual ACG New York Champion's Awards Gala at New York's Metropolitan Club on Thursday, June 21. The annual tribute recognizes and honors individual dealmakers and transactions, as well as the leading middle-market firms that are driving growth within the greater New York metropolitan area.
Cahill also earned three Deal of the Year awards: Deal of the Year–Consumer/Retail for Cahill’s representation of 1-800-FLOWERS.COM in the sale of Fannie May Confections, Inc. to Ferrero International, Inc., and Deal of the Year–Cross Border and Deal of the Year–Manufacturing/Industrials for Cahill’s representation of Tembec Inc., a publicly traded Canadian company, in their acquisition by Rayonier Advanced Materials, a publicly traded US company.
