Ariel Goldman Named 2025 Law360 MVP

Law360 has named Cahill partner Ariel Goldman as a Complex Financial Instruments MVP for his work in leveraged finance.
Ariel is one of only five MVPs nationwide in the Complex Financial Instruments category.
Ariel was recognized for his notable work involving the Paramount-Skydance merger and other transactions over the last twelve months. During that period, Ariel was involved in over $60 billion in aggregate principal amount of bonds, leveraged loans and commitments.
Law360 describes this year's MVPs as having "distinguished themselves from their peers by securing significant achievements in high-stakes litigation, complex global matters and record-breaking deals."
