Ariel Goldman Named Finalist for 2026 Financial Times Innovative Lawyers Award

October 16, 2026

Cahill partner and head of the firm’s U.S. Digital Infrastructure Finance practice Ariel Goldman has been named a finalist in the Innovative Lawyers in Project Financing category of the Financial Times’ 2026 Innovative Lawyers Awards for North America.

This recognition reflects Ariel’s work advising on complex digital infrastructure financing transactions, including TeraWulf’s $3.2 billion data center financing, which marked the first use of high-yield bonds to finance a data center. Cahill maintains a significant presence in digital infrastructure finance in the U.S. and the U.K., with the firm advising on approximately $80 billion in data center financing transactions through Q3 2026.

The Innovative Lawyers Awards recognizes legal practitioners who achieve successful client outcomes through innovative approaches to complex legal and business challenges. Winners will be announced at a ceremony on December 7 in New York City.
