Joel Kurtzberg Named 2025 Law360 MVP

Law360 has named Cahill partner Joel Kurtzberg as a Technology MVP for his work in applying First Amendment principles to the challenges faced by technology companies.
Joel is one of three MVPs nationwide in the Technology category.
Joel was recognized for his notable work in securing victories on behalf of clients such as Grubhub and a global social media company in cases challenging state measures that address online speech.
Law360 describes this year's MVPs as having "distinguished themselves from their peers by securing significant achievements in high-stakes litigation, complex global matters and record-breaking deals."
