Brian D. Farber

Brian advises clients on all matters in the space of digital assets, including general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions and securities regulatory. Brian also has deep experience working with product and development teams to design digital asset products in a compliant manner, and guiding regulators through the products’ underlying technology.  

Prior to joining CahillNXT, Brian was the general counsel of an industry leading tokenization platform and blockchain enabled transfer agent and brings a business-centric and practical approach to his legal guidance. He was also previously a senior associate in the corporate and capital markets group at an international law firm headquartered in New York City.
