Cyrus Bordbar is an associate in the New York office of Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP  where he focuses his practice on Litigation matters with an emphasis on  matters relating to Antitrust Litigation; Commercial Litigation; FCPA, Anti-Corruption, Compliance & Trade Sanctions; First Amendment & Media Litigation; Securities & Regulatory Enforcement; Securities Litigation; and White Collar Defense.

Cyrus represents global corporations and financial institutions in litigation, as well as before government and regulatory bodies. His practice covers securities litigation, government investigations including SEC and FINRA enforcement actions, various internal investigations, regulatory guidance, commercial litigation, and class action defense.

Cyrus assists in advising global companies and their officers, directors, and committees, focusing on internal investigations and inquiries by the DOJ, SEC and other governmental agencies and self-regulatory organizations, compliance counseling, white-collar defense, and securities litigation. He represents clients before government agencies in criminal and regulatory investigations and enforcement actions relating to securities fraud, earnings management, and anti-money laundering.  He also has experience conducting internal investigations and assisting multinational companies in assessing and enhancing their regulatory compliance programs.
