David Fuchs

David Fuchs is an associate in the New York office of Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP where he focuses his practice on corporate matters with an emphasis on matters relating to Private Credit, Bankruptcy & Restructuring, Capital Markets and Banking & Finance.

David represents leading investment banks, commercial banks, direct lending and alternative capital providers in connection with public and private capital markets transactions, including debt offerings, equity offerings, equity co-investments and preferred stock financings, syndicated institutional loans and asset backed loans in connection with acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, bridge lending and loan commitments. He also advises lenders for troubled or distressed companies in bankruptcy financing and litigation matters and in out-of-court restructuring and liability management transactions.
