Raphaël Chabaneix is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP, where he focuses his practice on litigation matters.
Raphaël represents universities, startups, research institutes, and technology companies in high-stakes intellectual-property litigation and licensing negotiations. He has broad experience in the semiconductor, wireless-communications, and biomedical areas. He also represents plaintiffs and defendants in federal courts and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
