Shefali Singh is a litigation associate in the New York office of Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP. She focuses her practice on matters relating to securities litigation, antitrust litigation, anti-corruption and compliance, white collar defense, and insurance and reinsurance litigation.
Shefali represents global companies and financial institutions in litigation, appeals, and before government and regulatory bodies. In particular, she has extensive experience with litigation concerning financial instruments and benchmark interest rates. She also handles matters relating to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, including internal investigations, diligence for mergers and acquisitions in jurisdictions with high corruption risk, and the implementation of anti-corruption compliance programs.
